- Employment and income informationEmployer details and recent proof of income. The supplied packet requests the last 30 days of pay stubs and two months of bank statements.
- Self-employment records, if applicableThe supplied packet lists two years of tax returns, a year-to-date profit and loss statement, and a balance sheet. Confirm the current documentation with the team.

Confirm the current rent, security deposit, application fee, accepted payment methods, and included services before submitting an application or making a payment.
What lease terms are offered?
Ask about the term for the particular home, any conditions for an extension, and the expected move-in date. The team will explain the terms in the current documents.
What will I be asked to acknowledge?
The supplied HFH packet includes rental and deposit terms, the program’s healthcare-employment requirements, proximity to the golf course, and nearby construction. Read the current wording provided by the team and ask about anything you don’t understand.

Can I apply through this website?
Yes. Complete the rental application online and provide documents through private intake. Each adult submits a separate application. You can save an encrypted draft to resume later. Applying does not reserve a home or guarantee acceptance; the team confirms eligibility, costs, and lease terms.
